Hey all…our friend, Idol guru Jim Cantiello, is on heavy-duty duty these next two weeks so he and his team at Mtv.com have passed the reigns of recapping American Idol onto me. It’s a pleasure and an honor to bestow upon me such a high regard.
Don't stress, though - I know you'll miss Jim's rapier wit, pitch-perfect pop-culturisms (ooh, a new word hybrid) and all around brilliance, but he'll be back in 2 weeks to do do that voodoo that he do so well. But I do hope you enjoy my take on it – it’s pretty much my Report Card, only with no grading system.
So, enjoy this brief Jim reprieve, and allow me to recap an already-dreary season of AmeriGAY Idol…I’m sorry, American Idol…yeah…that’s it…
